Cannot recommend Wayne from Made and Delivered enough. From the moment we booked with him he was understanding, patient and genuinely helpful after we had been messed about by someone else beforehand. He even held our booking slot while I was being a bit pedantic sorting everything out which honestly took a lot of stress away from us.

Wayne actually arrived earlier than scheduled which means so much when you have been up early ready for moving day. He got stuck straight in straight away and made the whole process feel so much easier. He carefully bubble wrapped and covered all of our breakable items with blankets and treated everything with real care and respect.

It was also fascinating hearing his personal story about why he became a removal man. He is such a genuine, funny and down to earth bloke and we found ourselves chatting about life throughout the move. He even gave us some brilliant recommendations for general house maintenance which was massively appreciated.

Usually we would rent a van ourselves and rope family members in to help, but our family were away on holiday this time and honestly Wayne worked out cheaper anyway so it was a complete no brainer.

Top bloke, very fair and reasonable on price, hardworking and just all around fab from start to finish. He left us his card and we will definitely be booking with him again if we ever need anything in future. Wishing him all the best because he truly deserves it.
